I got the most awesome news Thursday afternoon, the Big V is having a weeks holiday. He is going to be home for nine whole days. The Big V and his dad run a business together and it gets very difficult for him to schedule time off. Therefore I get very little proper down time as well, but with him being home for a break I am going to be able to sneak a little bigger blocks of time to indulge in projects I've wanted to test out for a while.
But one thing that holds back the creativeness is disorganisation. So I set about doing a bit of a de-clutter yesterday.

Looking at lot better organised now.
It's a hard thing as a creative, artistic type to do a proper crafty de-clutter. Us types tend to hold on to the tinniest bits of odds and ends and scraps for a project, don't we(at least I do)?I've got a few inspired ideas for culling some of those bits and pieces, that I look forward to sharing with you. But tell me do you find it hard to let go of those scraps? What do you do with them?

Oh, you bet I do Trudie. I always hang onto all sorts of things. You just never know when you're going to use it. Trouble is, it's so disorganised at the moment. I wouldn't know exactly what I had anymore! Have fun!

Physical clutter is mental clutter, keep the scraps only if you're really going to use them I say, if I have bits of crap lying around I whack it on ebay pronto as a bulk lot.
